The hospital assured us that within three weeks we would hear whether or not Leo had been officially accepted onto the SDR pogramme. So we waited…and waited….and waited…..and the three weeks came and went…I phoned them everyday and was told there was delays and administration problems….We had almost given up hope when finally the letter dropped through the letterbox….LEO WAS ACCEPTED! We breathed a huge sigh of relief…..now the work really would begin!
